es war grau, grau und grau. the whole day was nothing but grey. it was really depressive to see the sky. the motivation to run hits rock bottom. it rained all day, never stop. the wind was quite nasty too. so i've decided just to hit on the home-cycling-machine and do whatever needs to be done. a little exercise didn't hurt at all since i ate a döner this afternoon - a fat-promoting leckerbissen.
