my legs and arms are still shouting for help due to sunday's 3.5 hours of badminton fun tournament. without much practice and stretching, i survived the torture and felt the pain and muscle soreness only since yesterday. and today, i'd decided to do my training, my very first run after more than two weeks of the singapore marathon! regeneration of running? i don't think so, it is more like being lazy to run after eating sooooo muuuccchh in singapore :-).
after our usual 6 laps warm-ups running around the outer lanes of the 200 m tracks, we played a game of "netball + handball", but without the net and any lines. it was really tough if you tried to catch the ball and running against your opponents but i guessed that was the key to better your speed cos it was like sprinting for 10 meters for x times. after that, we did our coordination run and the dreaded lift-up-your-knees running. the day ended with a good stretching and warming down exercises and two more laps around the outer lanes of the 200 m track.
