icy cold wind

my intention today was to run to the fitness group and do some exercises. after exactly 10 mins of running, i started my evening doing some gymnastics exercises, hopping, boxing, aerobic and whatsnot altogether. it was really tiring and i went off earlier, skipping the stomach & butts exercises.
so my second run began slowly. i ran towards the alster and it started perfect with the drizzles. soon enough the wind began to pick up as i reached the alster. snow from yesterday evening was still there cos the temperature didn't rise up (what a pity). it was soooo cold as i ran over the bridge when the wind blew from the side and i felt like it was -10 degrees! at the same time, i had to be very careful not to slip down on this wet ice. i decided to cut short with this run and ran slowly towards my designated turning point.
the way back wasn't nice either due to the cold wind and my tired body. all i could do was to run slowly towards home.
